Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at a cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure store cleanliness and restroom upkeep; sweep and mop floors, take out trash.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates and leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
