Family Dollar in Castalia, North Carolina is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, replenishing stock, and delivering friendly, professional service to customers while following store procedures. This role offers part-time hours and opportunities for growth within the company.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
