The role emphasizes greeting guests, supporting events, and maintaining a clean, organized environment while following dress code and safety guidelines. Weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards with professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Checks in customer merchandise and vendor representatives; manages visitor logs.
• Provides information about events, sales, and promotions to customers.
• Ensures entryway and work area are clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Facilitates customer check-in for firearms/weapons with designated outfitter (do not handle).
• Other duties as assigned.
