Job summary

Fox Rent A Car in Chicago is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to warmly welcome returning customers and help guide them through the rental process. The role combines duties on the Return side and the Ready Line, focusing on safety, service, and efficiency.

You will inspect vehicles for damage, secure keys, verify fuel and mileage, and explain final charges to customers. In the Ready Line, you’ll keep the area organized, prep vehicles, assist with luggage, and help customers locate

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Return Agent: inspect vehicles for damage, record mileage and fuel levels, secure keys, remove belongings, and document issues for management.
• Explain final rental charges after reviewing contracts and ensure customers understand all fees.
• Ready Line Agent: keep the area clean, prep vehicles, check quality, and assist customers with pickups and luggage.
