Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is hiring a Customer Services Advisor for a fixed-term contract of 5 months. The role is 20 hours per week, 9.00am–1.00pm, five days per week (closed Sundays), with responsibility for taking orders and making outbound calls.

We value empathy, patience, and warmth in customer interactions, focusing on elderly customers and reliable service. 13.45 per hour plus bonus and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Confident using a computer to manage and process orders.
• Confident telephone manner and clear communication.
• Numerate with good written English; GCSE maths/english or equivalent.
• Able to meet deadlines and work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Take telephone and internet orders and make outbound calls.
• Support drivers with route planning for next day deliveries.
• Provide exemplary service on every call or contact.
• Update customer records and liaise with relatives as required.
• Explain how to cook, store and re-order meals as needed.
• Prepare promotional literature and inform customers of new products.
• Search for new business opportunities and promote WFF products.
• Share best practices with colleagues to improve service.
• Promote the WFF product range and service proposition.
