U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple Part‑Time Custody Operations Specialist roles to support our Operations teams. This permanent, paid part‑time opportunity requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week, with a hybrid schedule and 15–19 hours per week.

Responsibilities include data entry, applying policies, contributing to projects, and supporting teammates in day‑to‑day tasks within wealth management custody operations. Healthcare and retirement benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services.
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.
