U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple Part‑Time Custody Operations Specialist roles to support our Operations teams. The positions offer 15–19 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM and a minimum of 4 hours per day.

Locations include Saint Paul, Tempe, Milwaukee, and Cincinnati with a hybrid model requiring three days in-office. Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree or 2+ years of related experience and are adept at regulatory and accounting principles

• Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services.
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.39
