This permanent, paid part-time opportunity requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week, with hours flexibly between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Benefits include healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience OR high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Foundational understanding of regulatory and accounting principles within Wealth Management & Investment Services.
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and products within custody operations.

U.S. Bank is hiring for multiple Part‑Time Custody Operations Specialist roles to support our Operations teams—and we’d love for you to be part of the journey.

What You’ll Do

• Navigating and applying policies and procedures
• Performing data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
• Contributing to team projects
• Supporting teammates with a variety of day‑to‑day tasks

Schedule

• Part‑Time: 15–19 hours per week
• Days: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Flexible within 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Minimum: 4 hours per day

Location

• Saint Paul, Tempe, Milwaukee, Cincinnati
• Hybrid: 3 days in‑office required

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience OR
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.39
