Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Custodial Staff member for Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, TX. You will maintain cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, and service spaces, and help keep floors and surfaces in top condition.

Ideal candidates are flexible for night, weekend, and holiday shifts, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and able to read directions and follow safety procedures while supporting a team.

Qualifications

• Availability on nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work independently and direct work efforts of others.
• Follow proper work procedures and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas including restrooms, elevators, stairs, glass railings, windows, and other general cleaning tasks as needed.
• General cleaning of employee areas and service support areas.
• Vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in all areas.
• Floor maintenance including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing and other floor tasks as needed.
• Completing custodial checklists as necessary.
• Ensuring proper use and care of cleaning equipment and machines.
• Working with and/or directing work efforts of other part time/temporary personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
