Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Custodial Staff member for Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, TX. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and is non-exempt, hourly.

Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, floors, and supporting event operations. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays may be required; candidates should be able to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Must be able to work independently as well as direct work efforts of others.
• Ability to read and follow directions is a must.
• Ability to bend, twist and lift 25 lbs regularly is required.
• Must be able to follow proper work procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform simple repairs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning public areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, elevators, stairs, glass railings, windows, and other general cleaning tasks as needed
• General cleaning of employee areas and service support areas
• Vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in all areas
• Floor maintenance including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing and other floor tasks as needed
• Completing custodial checklists as necessary
• Ensuring proper use and care of cleaning equipment and machines
• Working with and/or directing work efforts of other part time/temporary personnel
• Other duties as assigned
