Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Custodial Staff member for Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, TX. Responsibilities include cleaning public and employee areas, vacuuming, dusting, floor care, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Availability nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

The role reports to the Operations Supervisor in the Operations department and involves coordinating with part-time staff to ensure cleanliness and safety during events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Availability on nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Ability to work independently as well as direct work efforts of others.
• Ability to read and follow directions is a must.
• Ability to bend, twist and lift 25 lbs regularly is required.
• Must be able to follow proper work procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform simple repairs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning public areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, elevators, stairs, glass railings, windows, and other general cleaning tasks as needed
• General cleaning of employee areas and service support areas
• Vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal in all areas
• Floor maintenance including scrubbing, mopping, burnishing and other floor tasks as needed
• Completing custodial checklists as necessary
• Ensuring proper use and care of cleaning equipment and machines
• Working with and/or directing work efforts of other part time/temporary personnel
• Other duties as assigned
