Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping and mopping/scrubbing floors.
• Wiping down tables, chairs, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Vacuuming carpet runners and entry mats.
• Extracting and deep-cleaning carpeted areas as needed.
• Washing interior windows and glass doors.
• Emptying garbage and recycling receptacles.
• Cleaning and disinfecting door handles and common area fixtures.
• Monitoring the garbage collection site and surrounding grounds for loose trash and debris.
• Sweeping and maintaining the public access area in front of the four adjacent businesses.
• Assist facilities manager with minor building requests and room set up.
• Other duties as assigned.
