• Floor care: stripping, waxing, and buffing diverse floor surfaces.
• Event setup: assist with furniture/equipment for school events.
• Minor repairs: change light bulbs, basic maintenance tasks.
• Safety checks: inspect for hazards and report issues.
• Communication: keep supervisors informed about maintenance needs.
