Millard Public Schools is hiring a part-time custodial worker for 4-hour shifts with no weekends. The role involves routine cleaning, maintenance, and support across district facilities, under the Custodial Director.

You will handle cleaning tasks, light repairs, and setup for activities while maintaining professional relations with staff and students. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a preference for 1 year in Millard Custodian I.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: one year as Millard Custodian I preferred.
• Ability to operate floor scrubbers, snow blowers, and other commercial equipment.
• Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions.
• Ability to establish amicable relations with staff, students, and the public.

Mansioni

• Performs furniture relocation for remodeling or heavy cleaning.
• Restores interior areas (classrooms, restrooms, gymnasiums) on various surfaces.
• Sets up seating and props for activities and stores props when finished.
• Performs furniture assembly and minor repairs; reports major issues.
• Assists with training, records, and administrative tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Operates cleaning equipment and participates in floor care routines.
