• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of Millard Custodian I experience preferred.
• Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Knowledge of cleaning processes, materials and safety practices.
• Ability to perform physical tasks with moderate strength.
• Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions.
• Ability to develop positive relations with staff and public.
• Ability to work overtime and varied schedules.

Responsabilités

• Relocate furniture for remodeling or heavy cleaning.
• Restore interior spaces including classrooms and restrooms.
• Set up seating and configurations for activities.
• Perform furniture assembly and report repairs.
• Assist with training, records and admin tasks.
• Operate floor care tasks including mopping and vacuuming.
• Take out trash, clean restrooms, and manage supplies.
• Replace lights, ceilings tiles; assist with snow removal.
• Work across multiple district locations as needed.
