Pay Range

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Work effectively with team members
• Perform repetitive tasks and maintain a clean work area
• Follow protocols, company policies, and rules
• Respond to supervision and take direction
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and customers
• Support shift lead and fill in during staff shortages
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service principles
• Follow reporting systems and environmental protocols

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license may be required
• Completion of safety and task training certifications
• Forklift certification may be required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to interpret instructions, procedures, and manuals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• 3-6 months of training or experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm
