Responsibilities

1. Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
2. Operate motorized cleaning equipment
3. Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas
4. Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisors
5. Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
6. Address risky behaviors of others and oneself
7. Work collaboratively with team members
8. Maintain a clean work environment
9. Follow all protocols, policies, and rules
10. Take direction and respond to supervision
11. Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers
12. Support staff during shortages
13. Assist shift lead with punch-list items
14. Use proper personal protective equipment
15. Present a professional appearance and conduct
16. Understand customer service principles
17. Understand reporting systems and environmental safety

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license may be required
• Completion of safety and task training certifications
• Forklift certification may be required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• Willingness to share knowledge with team members
• No specific education required; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience

Shifts & Compensation

Custodians: $16.00 - $17.00/hr

1st Shift

Mon-Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Tues-Sat 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

2nd Shift

Mon-Fri 5:00 pm - 1:30 am

Tues-Sat 5:00 pm - 1:30 am
