Job description

Join to apply for the Part-time Custodian role at SBM Management Services, LP.

This is a part-time position with a pay range of $15.50/hr - $16.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
• Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass/mirrors/windows, polishing metal/wood, cleaning blinds and draperies)
• Waste removal (emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting waste to disposal areas)
• Light maintenance (replacing light bulbs, restocking supplies)

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals, with a focus on safety and efficiency
• No specific education required; 3-6 months of training or experience preferred

Shift Options

• Saturday-Sunday 7am-3pm
• Saturday-Sunday 3pm-11pm
• Saturday-Sunday 11pm-7am
