Position Responsibilities

• Clean all rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms; perform floor care and maintenance.
• Respond to custodial radio calls for facilities and grounds.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors daily or as assigned.
• Perform floor polishing and stripping with proper equipment.
• Close the building, including turning off lights, adjusting HVAC, securing doors/windows, and activating security systems.
• Remove waste and trash daily or as scheduled.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
