Responsibilities

• Stores leftovers properly according to food handling standards.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and respectfully.
• Supervises dining to ensure resident satisfaction with meal service.
• Checks temperatures and logs accordingly.
• Inventories and orders food products to maintain adequate stock.
• Oversees catered events ensuring quality, safety, and presentation.
