Eventide Sheyenne Crossings Senior Living Apartments in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Culinary Assistant / Server to work full time 6a-230p with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. You will serve residents cheerfully, assist with menu items, and help with kitchen duties under the direction of the Culinary Director.

Qualifications

Experience in food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

Offers and serves menu choices to residents in a cheerful and respectful manner.
Follows portion control size standards.
Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes dishes, tables, equipment, utensils, and containers used to provide meals.
Operates equipment in a proper, safe, sanitary manner.
Prepares menu items as assigned by the Nutrition and Culinary Director/Coordinator.
Monitors daily menu items to ensure items are prepared and labeled.
Stores leftovers appropriately according to food handling standards.
Organizes and plans work schedule to meet serving times.
Operates dish machine; pre-soaks and sorts dishes and utensils.
Assists in accepting vendor deliveries and storing items properly.
