Qualifications

• Automotive technician or equivalent work/school experience (preferred)
• Welder or equivalent work/school experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with instructional activities in automotive and welding classes
• Support teachers with routine clerical tasks and classroom management
• Work with students individually or in groups to reinforce skills
• Prepare instructional materials and bulletin boards to support lessons
• Maintain and organize instructional equipment and supplies for labs
• Record keeping and clerical duties related to student progress and schedules
• Attend and participate in school improvement initiatives
• Ensure regular and on-time attendance in the instructional setting
