Job summary

Tucson Unified School District is seeking an Auto teacher aide to instruct students in Auto in alignment with the district's curriculum. This 9-month, site-based position offers part-time to full-time hours with a white-collar classification and 1.0 FTE up to 8 hours per day.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus two years in Auto, an associate degree or higher or equivalent credits, and English communication skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or higher, or AZ DOE-approved Academic Assessment Test, or 60 semester-hour credits.
• Copy of diploma, transcripts or test results must be submitted at time of hire.
• Two years of experience in Auto trade area.
• English reading and writing skills required.
