This is a temporary, part-time position, scheduled semester by semester based on program needs.

Qualifications

• Applicants must meet education and/or experience requirements outlined in MCC’s Faculty Qualifications for Welding Instructors.
• Candidates must provide documentation verifying their eligibility to teach in this program.

Responsibilities

• Instruct assigned welding courses as scheduled by the department.
• Deliver engaging classroom presentations, labs, and demonstrations.
• Assess student performance accurately and impartially, providing constructive feedback to improve skills.
