Job summary

Stand Together Ventures Lab is seeking a Computed Tomography Technologist to perform high-quality CT scans with a focus on safety and patient comfort. You will operate imaging equipment and follow department protocols to ensure accurate, timely results.

The role requires ARRT CT registration within a year, Florida CRT license, and BLS certification, with preference for CT experience and solid computer skills. You will collaborate with imaging teams to maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT registration in Radiology, CT within one year.
• State of Florida CRT license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• CT experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for operation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate HIS, RIS, and PACS for ordering, monitoring, and validating images.
• Organize patient information, reports, and films for interpretation.
• Interview patients, explain procedures, and assist through exams.
• Produce diagnostic images while adhering to safety standards.
• Operate power injectors and demonstrate proper radiation safety practices.
• Identify patients using two identifiers and provide compassionate care.
• Recognize normal and abnormal findings, documenting and reporting as needed.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting malfunctions promptly.

The Computed Tomography Technologist (CT) is responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and delivering exceptional patient care. They must operate imaging equipment, understand department protocols, and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate HIS, RIS, and PACS systems for ordering, monitoring, and validating images.
• Organize patient information, reports, and films for interpretation.
• Interview patients, explain procedures, and assist them through exams.
