LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Grovetown, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and support patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

The role requires ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications, at least 1 year of radiology experience, and a strong commitment to ALARA. You will perform CT exams, administer contrast, document in RIS/PACS, and assist with patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum of 1 year radiology experience.
• ARRT-R, ARRT-CT, and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures accurately following department guidelines, capturing diagnostic images.
• Operate imaging equipment independently, ensuring high image quality with minimal radiation exposure (ALARA).
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of rooms and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
• Obtain patient history, verify orders, and ensure patient safety and comfort using AIDET communication.
• Administer contrast agents and perform exams with proper technique, including venipuncture.
• Review images for diagnostic quality, make necessary adjustments, and document appropriately in RIS/PACS.
• Monitor patient condition, respond to emergencies, and maintain life-support equipment.
• Organize workflow, support departmental operations, ensure compliance, and assist with patient transport and clerical tasks.
