TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a CT Technologist to perform imaging procedures using ionizing radiation at their facility in Cohoes, New York. The role involves operating CT equipment to achieve high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety throughout.
Applicants should have an Associate degree in Radiological Technology, a Florida State Radiologic Technician License, and ARRT certifications. The position includes evening and night shifts with on-call requirements.
CT Technologist. The facility holds Advanced Primary Stroke Care certification, Comprehensive Breast Care Center accreditation, and is the area's only Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation. It is also home to the region's only Level III NICU, Pediatric ICU, and dedicated Pediatric Emergency Room, alongside comprehensive cardiac, vascular, robotic surgery, and orthopedic services.
The CT Technologist performs technical imaging procedures using ionizing radiation to detect pathology across a broad range of exam types, including head, body, musculoskeletal, spine, and chest imaging. The technologist operates and regulates CT equipment to acquire diagnostic-quality images and is responsible for processing and organizing those images within the PACS system. Applying cross-sectional anatomy knowledge, the technologist ensures accurate image acquisition while maintaining patient safety throughout the procedure.
This position covers a rotating mix of evening and night shifts on weekdays and weekends, with on-call availability as needed.
