Qualifikationen

• Respond to crisis hotline calls with evidence-based counselling and de-escalation.
• Assess caller safety and triage for immediate emergency services or referrals.
• Maintain accurate call notes and document referrals.
• Comply with Data Protection Acts and safeguard confidentiality.
• Support development of crisis management plans and handover to next shift.
• Make quick in-the-moment decisions on next steps when unsure.
• Dedicate shift to Intellect tasks and responsibilities only.
• Conduct risk assessments, including lethality checks for suicide cases.
