Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Must be licensed in the state of Maryland or actively pursuing licensure (LCSW-C, LMSW or equivalent).
• Strong crisis intervention and counseling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Counsels individuals and groups regarding psychological or emotional concerns.
• Develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans.
• Provides crisis intervention, safety planning, and advocacy.
• Maintains accurate records and coordinates with the Chief of Programs.
