Job summary

Sheppard Pratt in Frederick, MD is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist for the Crisis Residential program. This part-time, in-person role runs Sat and Sun 3pm-11pm, 16 hours per week, with a pay rate of $19.05 per hour.

You will provide safe, therapeutic support to help clients stabilize during mental health crises, assist with medication safety, transport, and collaborate with the care team to develop and follow individual service plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active, non-provisional driver’s license with minimal points required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to learn or regain skills for independent living and socialization.
• Ensure medication safety and adherence.
• Collaborate with a service team to develop and implement individual service plans.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and advocate for clients.
• Document follow-up instructions and coordinate care with others.
