Job summary

Cox Automotive in Bordentown, NJ is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to support daily operations. You will be responsible for transporting employees and vehicles, leading the team on sale days, and coordinating with the lot manager to ensure efficient parking and staging.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors for 3 days a week from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Benefits may include health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience or 5 years of related work experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard/automatic transmissions.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to lift 1–15 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Orient and instruct new drivers on duties and assign work.
• Coordinate vehicle flow, log stock numbers, and lane locations.
• Lead the team and ensure safety, policy compliance, and quality service.
• Transport vans and drivers between locations according to schedule.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain clean, fueled vehicles.
