Job summary

ADD STAFF, Inc. seeks a Credentialing Assistance Specialist to manage military orders from quote to fulfillment in a hybrid office environment.

You will support Army IgnitED, prepare quotes, convert quotes to orders, and ensure regulatory compliance with program guidelines while handling payments and records. The role requires strong customer service, detail orientation, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master the Association Management System (AMS).
• Provide exceptional customer service to military personnel via phone and email.
• Prepare and generate quotes for Credentialing Assistance funding.
• Convert quotes to formal orders and obtain necessary documentation.
• Handle government credit card payments securely and efficiently.
• Update SOPs and maintain accurate records in portals.
• Send reminders for deadlines and manage expiration dates.
• Distribute and fulfill e-book key codes and compile reports.
