Job summary

Planned Systems Interantional with ProClivIT seeks a Credentialing Specialist to provide centralized credentialing and privileging services for the US Army Reserve command. The role includes initial entry credentialing, ongoing maintenance, and support for the Centralized Credentials Privileging Board.

The candidate will verify licenses, collect data from national data banks, and enter information into CCQAS, building credential review files and communicating results to applicants.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of credentialing experience with the DoD utilizing CCQAS/JCCQAS.
• Two years of experience in administrative and record-keeping for projects/programs; documentation, progress/status, budget, property accounting or personnel.
• Knowledge of requirements for verifying credentials and maintaining data files.
• Knowledge of American Accreditation Healthcare Commission standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer relationships.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage verification process for healthcare professionals.
• Review applications for completion and verify licensure.
• Compile credential review files for Centralized Credentials Privileging Board.
• Generate and email notification letters of credentialing results.
• Data entry into CCQAS as official system of record.
• Prepare reports on accreditation, education, facility privileges, experience and licensure.
• Maintain correspondence with agencies, hospitals and boards.
