Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current state licensure as a COTA.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy, ADL training, and adaptive equipment use.
• Document residents’ progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment while fostering meaningful relationships with residents.
