Atlanta Technical College (ATC) is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for Cosmetology (Part-Time) to teach at ATC's main campus, just south of Downtown Atlanta. The position supports the BPST division and focuses on both theory and hands-on cosmetology instruction.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master Cosmetology credential and an active instructor license, with at least three years of full-time experience. The role offers up to 29 hours weekly with flexible day/evening/Saturday scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires Master Cosmetology teaching credential and active license.
• Three years of full-time paid work experience within the past seven years.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights and Saturdays.
• Experience teaching Cosmetology in a college or technical education setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Cosmetology courses in classroom/lab environments.
• Provide instruction in theory and practical Cosmetology concepts.
• Utilize curriculum and state-approved Cosmetology content.
• Prepare lesson plans and standardized syllabi for credited courses.
