Job summary

Atlanta Technical College (ATC) is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor for the Electrical Technologies Program (Part-Time) on the Main Campus, just south of Downtown Atlanta. You will guide students through theory and hands-on labs, delivering engaging lessons and assessing progress in a supportive environment.

The role requires expertise in electrical fundamentals, safety, and effective communication with adult learners, with up to 29 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be a Licensed Electrician.
• Credential in electrical field plus five or more years of related experience is required.
• Knowledge of teaching or student information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate appropriate teaching techniques in Electrical Technologies.
• Prepare lesson plans and grade using proper records and books.
• Instruct in residential and commercial wiring, AC/DC fundamentals, and related topics.
