Responsibilities

  • Drafting and writing correspondence to process, receive, organize, and respond to all forms of written correspondence.
  • Responding promptly and accurately to correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintaining records of correspondence for legal, compliance, and operational purposes.
  • Routing correspondence to the appropriate individual or department for review and signature.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and data protection when managing and tracking correspondence.
  • Using systematic management of official communications to support internal operations and external relationships.
