Elior Group is seeking an experienced cook for our Summit kitchen at the Phelps County Detention Facility in Rolla, MO. This role involves preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced corrections kitchen with attention to portion control and food safety.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of high-volume culinary experience, strong knowledge of cooking methods, and excellent attention to detail. Customer service experience is required for guest interactions and inmate meal service.
