Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our Rolla, MO correctional facility kitchen team. This part-time, onsite role emphasizes high-volume scratch cooking, quality control, and safe food handling.

Responsibilities include quality and portion control, food preparation, creative presentation, proper storage, and following recipes. Must have at least one year of kitchen experience and customer service skills. $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
