Responsibilities

Provide faith-based care and ministry to employees and families.
Make regular site visits to interact with employees and build trust.
Offer confidential pastoral discussions and coordinate with community resources when needed.
Assist in funeral planning and post-termination care as required.
Represent chaplaincy ministry to clients and participate in new employee orientation.
