Responsibilities

• Fulfills mission and ministry of MCHAP by serving employees and their families.
• Makes brief visits to worksites regularly to build trust and relationships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions and referrals as needed.
• Assists in funeral planning and post-termination care as required.
• Provides literature and resources to assist employees with life issues.
• Represents the company to clients and participates in new employee orientation.
