Responsibilities

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community with character and spiritual disciplines.
• Makes brief visits to company worksites weekly to build trust and friendships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for employee and family issues.
• May assist in planning or attending funerals and provide follow-up support.
• May provide post‑termination care for laid‑off employees when needed.
• Represents ministry to clients or clients' companies at appropriate times.
• Participates in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service.
