Responsibilities

• Perform weekly visits to client worksites to build trust and relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral care and counseling to employees and immediate family members.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and providing follow-up support during grief periods.
• Respond to life events, including medical emergencies, bereavement, and family crises, with spiritual guidance.
• Coordinate with employer and chaplain team to support Employee Care Services.
