Responsibilities

• Provides pastoral care visits to employees at worksites and their families.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues including family matters, illness, grief, finances, or stress.
• Offers literature and resources to assist employees with life issues as requested.
• Represents the company to clients and employees in ministry-related contexts.
• Participates in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service and Chaplain role.
