About The Team
The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be Pandora’s ultimate fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff employees have consistent schedules and responsibilities, providing reliable support for both our team and our fans.

Craft Your Career With Us If You Have
- At least one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
- A sense of Care in written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Willingness to embrace adventure with a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. This may involve standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving to work on time.
- A consistent schedule, with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
- Typical hours up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability matters: regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
