Job summary

Pandora in Bellevue Square Mall is seeking a Part-time Core Sales Associate to join our store team. You will engage fans, share product knowledge, and help drive store performance through outstanding service.

This role requires flexibility, the ability to stand for long periods, and the skill to create memorable shopping moments. Training includes an assessment emailed after submission. If you enjoy connecting with customers and delivering on KPIs, apply to Pandora’s brand-first retail team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating care.
• Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18; proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent availability of at least 20 hours per week, with peak weeks varying.
• Dependent, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Compensation
