HSM (Hickory Springs Manufacturing) Company is seeking a Core Group Associate to ensure innerspring units meet quality standards on the production line. You will perform hands-on tasks in a manufacturing setting, handling and trimming innersprings and preparing them for the next step.

You will attach border wire with an air-powered clip gun, lift completed units, and keep your area clean and safe. This role requires physical stamina and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to lift over 70 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and trimming innersprings as they come off the machine.
• Attaching border wire to innerspring units using an air-powered clip gun.
• Lifting and placing completed units onto the overhead carrier system.
• Keeping your work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized at the end of each shift.
