HSM (Hickory Springs Manufacturing) is seeking a Core Group Associate to ensure innerspring units meet quality standards before moving on in the production process. You will repair and trim innersprings, attach border wire, and manage placement on the overhead carrier system.
The role demands physical stamina and a focus on safety and teamwork. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred, with the ability to lift over 70 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.
