Chateau Napoleon is seeking a passionate Cook to join our caring team in Napoleonville, LA. This part-time role offers meaningful work preparing delicious meals for residents and collaborating with our dietary staff.

You will follow menus, maintain safety and sanitation, and help with storage and inventory. Prior cooking experience, a High School diploma, and a Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe may be required.

Formación

• Experience in cooking or restaurant settings preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe certification as required by state.
• Passion for cooking and serving others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare delicious and nutritious meals meeting dietary needs.
• Work with Dietary Services to create meals.
• Follow menus, recipes, resident diets, portions and temperature guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe, sanitary kitchen.
• Assist with storage, inventory, preparation for upcoming meals.
• Follow all food safety, infection control, and facility procedures.
• Collaborate with team to provide exceptional dining experience.
