Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present various hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and follow recipes and directions for preparing items.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station or operate a grill.
• Support management in daily oversight during the shift.
